Schroder Investment Management has been awarded a £136 million mandate by the Avon Pension Fund, Pensions & Investments reports. Schroder will be an unconstrained active global equity manager.
Avon has funded the mandate by decreasing the passive multi-asset strategy of BlackRock to about £1.2 billion. JLT Benefit Solutions has assisted in the search for the new manager.
