WisdomTree has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to list its common stock on a national securities exchange, MutualFundWire reports. The name of the bourse was not disclosed. The New York-based exchange-traded fund (ETF) provider does not plan to issue new stock on the exchange. The firm currently meets the listing requirements for the Nasdaq and NYSE Amex.
