Portfolio Advisors has closed its global diversified private equity fund-of-funds, Private Equity Hub reports. The Portfolio Advisors Private Equity Fund VI has about $1.103 billion in total commitments. Previous investors have provided 80% of the total commitments to Fund VI. The firm’s earlier fund, PAPEF V, had raised $1.045 billion in 2008. The sixth fund has been investing in primary funds and buying direct secondary fund interests since its first closing in 2008.
