Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) has named Sacha Sadan as director of corporate governance, Global Fund Wire reports. He is expected to join LGIM on June 6, 2011 and will work under the CEO.
In his new role, he will lead the corporate governance specialist team and expand the activities of building the international investment business. Most recently, Sadan was working with Gartmore as senior U.K. equity fund manager and co-managed a range of U.K. equity hedge, retail and institutional funds.
