SL Green Realty has bought the remaining stake in 1515 Broadway, Bloomberg reports. The company acquired the stake from a real estate investment unit of Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec, SITQ.
The deal values the Times Square tower at around $1.21 billion. The tower, which is around 97% leased, houses the MTV Studios and is the headquarters of U.S. media conglomerate, Viacom.
