Bank of America Merrill Lynch is reshuffling its commodities unit, Financial News reports. BofA has re-appointed Rupen Tanna, a former Merrill banker who left to join Asian trading firm Noble Group in 2009.
In his new role, Tanna will oversee a push into less risky flow products with U.S.-based co-head, Rob Jones. The move by the bank follows the exit of co-head, David Goodman.
