Bouwfonds REIM will unveil a new European parking fund, IPE reports. The Bouwfonds European Real Estate Parking Fund II will seek to invest in a diversified pan-European portfolio of prime car parks. The fund will have a target size of €500 million and offered to institutional investors in the first quarter of 2011. The fund’s investment area will cover the euro-zone, Scandinavia and the U.K.
