RBS Securities has appointed Stephen Kemp as head of its foreign exchange team in North America within its global banking and markets unit. Based in Stamford, Kemp will be reporting locally to co-head of global banking & markets, Americas and global co-head of fixed income, currencies and commodities, Michael Lyublinsky. He will report internationally to global head of foreign exchange, Tim Carrington. Kemp has joined RBS from Merrill Lynch, where he was global head of FX and local currency trading.
