Shutterfly Pays $333M For Tiny Prints

Internet photo-sharing company, Shutterfly, will acquire privately held card design company, Tiny Prints, for $333 million.

Internet photo-sharing company, Shutterfly, will acquire privately held card design company, Tiny Prints, for $333 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. The California-based company will pay $141 million in cash and about 3.9 million shares of stock. Upon the completion of the deal, Tiny Prints’ employees will join Shutterfly. Evercore Partners was appointed as the financial adviser on the transaction by Shutterfly, adds Reuters.
