Banco Santander Chile has launched a new $5.5 billion medium term notes (MTN) program. As per the program, the lender will be able to sell medium term notes, which may be issued on a subordinated or unsubordinated basis. The securities will be denominated in any currency agreed between the issuer and the dealers. The notes will also be listed on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
