The next round of stress testing will require European banks to disclose their exposure to sovereign debt, reports Mortgage Solutions.

The next round of stress testing will require European banks to disclose their exposure to sovereign debt. The European Banking Authority said, however, that the banks will not have to factor in the impact of a European government that defaults, though the disclosure will enable analysts to project whether a bank is capable of withstand such a default.
