Citigroup has appointed Tim Wildenberg as head of its electronic trading business in the European region, Financial News reports. In his new role, Wildenberg will in charge of Citigroup’s European electronic equities trading franchise. He will work under Mike Pringle, the bank’s head of equities for EMEA, and Dan Keegan, its global head of execution services. Most recently, Wildenberg was serving as head of direct equities execution for EMEA at UBS.
