UTIMCO Appoints Board Members

James Wilson has been appointed to the $19 billion University of Texas Investment Management’s board of directors.

James Wilson has been appointed to the $19 billion University of Texas Investment Management’s board of directors. Charles Tate has been reappointed to the UTIMCO board. Wilson, a managing director of private equity firm Rock Hill Capital Group, has replaced former UTIMCO board of directors chairman, Erle Nye. Tate, who was first appointed to the board in 2004, is chairman of UTIMCO’s risk committee and is a member of its audit committee. He is founding partner and chairman of Capital Royalty, a private equity investment firm.
