Judd Gregg has joined the board of directors of the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE). Gregg was most recently serving as the Senator from the State of New Hampshire for three terms, completing his service in January. In 2005, he chaired the U.S. Senate Committee on Budget, and served on the Congressional Oversight Panel supervising the implementation of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act in 2008. Before the Senate, he served two terms as Governor of New Hampshire, from 1989 to 1992.
