Morgan Stanley Appoints Mexico Head

Morgan Stanley has appointed Jaime Negrete as president of its operations in Mexico.

Morgan Stanley has appointed Jaime Negrete as president of its operations in Mexico, Bloomberg reports. Negrete had joined the New York-based lender in 2008 as co-head of investment banking in Mexico. Prior to this, he was associated with investment-banking business of Credit Suisse Group in Mexico for 10 years. In 2010, Morgan Stanley set up an equity sales and trading team in Mexico led by Miguel Machado.
