CIBC World Markets has appointed Françoys Levert as a managing director to focus on foreign exchange, The Wall Street Journal reports. Based in Montreal, Levert will work to strengthen relationships with pension funds and asset managers.
Prior to joining the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce unit, he was working with Manulife Asset Management. Levert has also served as head of foreign exchange sales at State Street.
