Goldman, Citi Offer $1.4B In CMBS

Goldman Sachs has issued $1.4 billion in fixed-rate commercial mortgage-backed securities.

Goldman Sachs has issued $1.4 billion in fixed-rate commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), The Wall Street Journal reports. The largest top-rated portion was a $532.01 million 9.73-year tranche. Goldman and Citigroup Global Markets were the joint lead managers of the offering. The issue is tied to 57 mortgages on 111 properties across the U.S. with the highest concentration in Texas, adds Bloomberg.
