French private equity group, Wendel, has acquired a stake in Parcours, Financial Times reports. Wendel has acquired 95% of the car leasing specialist for about €107 million. The remaining stake will be held by the Parcours management. Parcours was taken private by private equity firm, Atria, in 2005.
