Investment solutions firm, Rogerscasey, has appointed John Ferrara as COO. In his newly created role. Ferrara will also serve as the chief compliance officer, succeeding Alan Resler.
Ferrara will have direct day-to-day responsibilities for human resources, finance, operations, production, legal, marketing, compliance and facilities management. Prior to this, Ferrara served as CFO at EDGAR Online. He has also worked with GAMCO Investors, LGL Group, and Space Holding.
