Teva Pharmaceutical Finance III has raised $750 million in a sale of senior unsecured notes in two parts.

Teva Pharmaceutical Finance III has raised $750 million in a sale of senior unsecured notes in two parts, The Wall Street Journal reports. The pharmaceutical company appointed Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as the joint active bookrunning managers for the sale. The $500 million notes sold in the first tranche are due to mature on March 21, 2014, while the $250 million notes sold in the second tranche are due to mature on March 21, 2014, adds Reuters. The offering is guaranteed by Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
