Mercer has appointed Mindy Fox as U.S. region leader and a member of Mercer’s global operating committee. Fox has replaced Bob Shannon, who will be assuming the new executive role of global relationship leader.
Both will work under Larry Woerner, global head of regions. Fox, who had joined Mercer in 1993, has been head of the New York Metro market and is also a global client manager. Shannon joined Mercer in 1997 as part of the Foster Higgins takeover, where he had been a partner.
