Juniper Networks has raised $1 billion in a sale of senior unsecured notes in three parts.

Juniper Networks has raised $1 billion in a sale of senior unsecured notes in three parts. The computer networking products multinational company appointed Barclays, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley as the joint bookrunning managers for the deal.

The $300 million notes sold in the first tranche carry a coupon rate of 3.10%, due to mature on March 15, 2016. The $300 million notes sold in the second tranche carry a coupon rate of 4.60% and are due to mature on March 15, 2021. The $400 million notes sold in the third tranche carry a coupon rate of 5.95% and are due to mature on March 15, 2041.
