Jupiter Asset Management has promoted Philip Matthews as deputy manager of the £2.5 billion Jupiter Income Trust, Financial Times reports. From March 1, 2011, Matthews has been appointed to work with Tony Nutt. Nutt has managed the fund since April 2000. Matthews joined Jupiter in 1999 and is currently manager of the £102 million Jupiter Growth & Income fund.
