NYSE Euronext, TSE Mull Network Linkage

NYSE Euronext and the Tokyo Stock Exchange will explore ways to start trading between the companies’ markets.

NYSE Euronext and the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) will explore ways to start trading between the companies’ markets. The Secure Financial Transaction Infrastructure (SFTI) hub, being developed by NYSE Euronext and arrownet, TSE’s trading and information network, will be beneficial in the consideration of options for establishing a network linkage. Customers of the TSE will be able to access NYSE Euronext markets without costly dedicated network connections by using arrownetTM. NYSE Euronext customers who use SFTI will also be able to access TSE markets with their existing infrastructure. NYSE Euronext’s U.K. futures platform has since 1987 traded contracts on Japanese government bonds through a relationship with the TSE.
