Pan American To Acquire Exxon Assets

Pan American Energy, owned by Bridas, will acquire assets from Exxon Mobil.

Pan American Energy, owned by Bridas, will acquire assets from Exxon Mobil, Reuters reports. Pan American will purchase an oil refinery, 500 service stations in Argentina and 220 service stations in Uruguay and Paraguay. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. The estimated value of the Argentine portion of the deal is $650-700 million. Exxon Mobil will retain control of its upstream operations in the region.
