UBS’ global head of securities, Neal Shear, has left the bank as part of a management shake-up.

UBS’ global head of securities, Neal Shear, has left the bank as part of a management shake-up, Bloomberg reports. Shear, who had joined UBA a year ago, previously worked at private-equity firm Apollo Management.

He also spent about 25 years at Morgan Stanley, where he ultimately held a role overseeing sales and trading. Last month, UBS appointed co-heads of equities Yassine Bouhara and Francois Gouws, to lead the securities business with Roberto Hoornweg and Rajeev Misra, who managed fixed-income, currencies and commodities trading.
