Swedbank will acquire a minority stake in Estonian property developer, Arealis, Bloomberg reports. The Swedish lender’s subsidiary, FR&R Invest, will buy 50% minus one share in Tallinn-based Arealis.
FR&R Invest will acquire the stake from Nordic Contractors for an undisclosed amount. After the completion of the transaction, Arealis will have €49 million of equity capital.
