Trafigura Beheer Gets $3.175B Loans

Industrials metals trader, Trafigura Beheer, has secured multicurrency revolving credit facilities worth $3.175 billion.

Industrials metals trader, Trafigura Beheer, has secured multicurrency revolving credit facilities worth $3.175 billion. The facilities, which comprise a $676 million 364-day loan and a $2.499 billion three-year revolving credit facility, were initially launched at $2.5 billion. The loans will be used to refinance the company’s existing $2.325 billion revolving credit facilities, dated March 17, 2010, as well as for general corporate purposes. The company appointed BNP Paribas, ING Bank, Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, Royal Bank of Scotland, Société Generale Corporate & Investment Banking and Standard Chartered as lead arrangers and bookrunners for the facilities.
