New Mexico State Investment Council has issued an RFP for an index fund manager, Pensions & Investments reports. The appointed candidate will manage a Russell 1000 index fund.
The portfolio will not be permitted to hold non-U.S. dollar securities. The proposals will be accepted until March 11, 2011 and the selection is likely to be made on March 22, 2011.
