Javelin Appoints CDS, IRS Heads

Javelin Capital Markets, an electronic fixed-income derivatives trading platform, has named Mike Hisler as head of credit default swaps.

Javelin Capital Markets, an electronic fixed-income derivatives trading platform, has named Mike Hisler as head of credit default swaps (CDS). Chris Koppenheffer has been appointed as head of interest rate swaps (IRS). Most recently, Hisler was managing director and founder at investment banking boutique Hexagon Securities and formerly served as managing director of institutional credit sales at UBS. Koppenheffer joins from Mizuho Capital Markets, where he covered U.S. dollar interest-rate derivatives sales and trading.
