AXA Wealth head of customer experience, Ian Thomas, is stepping down from his role as part of a restructure.

AXA Wealth head of customer experience, Ian Thomas, is stepping down from his role as part of a restructure, Citywire reports. Thomas, who joined AXA in June 2007 from Skandia headed the firm’s wrap proposition with Paul McMahon, adds Money Marketing.

About 20 roles have been affected by the reshuffle, although AXA is looking to redeploy a number of staff. The role of Martin Jennings as AXA Elevate managing director has also been cut.
