Citigroup is revamping its credit card and retail banking operations in the U.S., The Wall Street Journal reports. Cece Stewart, Citigroup’s president of U.S. consumer and commercial banking, has set up a team to develop banking products for its clients and hired Steve Troutner from Bank of America’s mortgage products business to run it. Jud Linville, Citigroup’s head credit card operations, has hired Ralph Andretta from BofA to run loyalty and new products. He is also is looking for a new head of the mass-market business.
