NEST Seeks Employer, Scheme Panel Members

The National Employment Savings Trust will start appointing for employer and scheme panel members.

The National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) will start appointing for employer and scheme panel members, Global Pensions reports. The U.K. pension system will name six people for the employer panel, which will be responsible for feeding back views of the business world and participating employers to trustees.

The system will also appoint six people for the member panel to represent the views of scheme members and ensure the scheme is meeting member needs. The panel members will be expected to contribute to issues, such as reviewing investment principles.
