Exxon Mobil is seeking partners for its four concessions in the Podlasie natural-gas shale basin in Poland, Bloomberg reports, citing. The U.S. oil company is seeking to sell around 49% of its stake in the areas. The Texas-based company, which owns the concessions, will retain its role as its operator. The online data room will open on February 16 and offer submissions are due by April 15.
