OMAM Appoints President, CEO

Boston’s Old Mutual Asset Management has appointed Peter Bain as president and CEO.

Boston’s Old Mutual Asset Management (OMAM) has appointed Peter Bain as president and CEO, Pensions & Investments reports. He has replaced Thomas Turpin, who left the firm in September.

OMAM’s interim CEO, Linda Gibson, will return to her role as COO. Prior to this, Bain served as senior executive vice president and head of affiliate management and corporate strategy for Legg Mason.
