Sagent Advisors has acquired the investment banking team of Montgomery Marshall Healthcare Partners. The healthcare advisory practice is led by George Montgomery and Keith Marshall, who will also become managing directors at the San Francisco office.

Both Montgomery and Marshall have previously worked with Montgomery & Company, JP Morgan H&Q. Lana Smith and Patrick Purdy will also join Sagent from Montgomery Marshall.
