Private equity firm, BV Investment Partners, in partnership with fund executives Glenn Henderson and Tim Calveley, has acquired Butterfield Fulcrum Group, The Wall Street Journal reports. 3i Group and the Bank of NT Butterfield & Son sold the fund administrator.

The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Butterfield Bank will continue providing commercial banking, foreign exchange and custodial services for the administrator’s clients.
