Signet Healthcare Partners has closed its third investment fund at about $129 million, Private Equity Hub reports. The closing of the new portfolio brings the New York-based firm’s total funds under management to $328 million.
The fund will primarily be invested in companies producing generic and specialty pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices and other related technology, diagnostics, and research-based companies supporting the industry. The portfolio is expected to invest over a four-year period with individual investments in the $6-15 million range.
