ETF sponsor and asset manager, WisdomTree, has appointed Steven Begleiter to its board of directors. Begleiter will join WisdomTree from Flexpoint Ford, where he was a senior principal.

Previously, Begleiter has also worked as a senior managing director at Bear Stearns & Company. Flexpoint Ford is a private equity group managing about $1 billion of equity capital focused on investments in financial services and healthcare.
