JP Morgan Chase has raised $3 billion through a note sale.

JP Morgan Chase has raised $3 billion through a note sale, Reuters reports. The notes, maturing on March 1, 2016, carry a coupon rate of 3.45%.

The notes were sold at a spread of 120 basis points, to yield 3.49%. The sole bookrunning manager on the sale was JP Morgan itself.
