Kennedy Wilson has established a new office in Denver, Colorado. The international real estate investment and services firm appointed Mike Pepper to head the new office, overseeing administration of the former Catlin/Bluemont Properties portfolio. Pepper, who was recently hired as a managing director of KW Properties Group, joins from Catlin Properties where he headed the Denver office. He has also worked as head of the asset management group for Pacific Coast Capital Partners and vice president for AEW Capital Management.
