SandRidge Energy will sell assets in Lea and Eddy counties in New Mexico for about $200 million. The oil and natural gas company carried out a purchase and sales agreement with an unnamed buyer. SandRidge intends to use the proceeds to pay down remaining borrowings under its credit facility. RBC Richardson Barr served as an advisor to SandRidge.
