WisdomTree Investments is unveiling a new real return ETF, Daily Markets reports. The Global Real Return Fund, which will provide returns in excess of inflation over the long-term, will be managed by WisdomTree Asset Management. Outside of U.S., the fund will invest in inflation-linked bonds from countries that are leading exporters of commodities, including Australia, Canada, Brazil, South Africa and Chile. The fund, which will also invest in U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities, will also make investments in derivatives, such as inflation-linked swaps that provide exposure to inflation rates.
