The Clearing House has appointed John Stumpf, Chairman, President and CEO of Wells Fargo, as the Chairman of its supervisory board. He will replace Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO of JP Morgan Chase. The U.S. payments company and banking association has also named Michael Gallagher, HSBC executive vice president, global transaction banking as Chairman of The Clearing House Payments Company Board. Michael Helfer was also named Chairman of The Clearing House Association Board.
