UniCredit has raised €1.25 billion through a sale of notes.

UniCredit has raised €1.25 billion through a sale of notes. The bonds, which are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, were sold with an issue/re-offer price of 99.851%. The notes carry a coupon rate of 5.25%, and are due to mature on April 30, 2023, adds Reuters. UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking, Goldman Sachs International and Societe Generale were the lead managers on the deal.
