Mirae Asset Global Investments has appointed John Capeci as senior vice president and strategic relationship manager. In his new role, Capeci will boost Mirae’s relationship in the U.S. with national and regional broker-dealers, banks, supermarket platforms and custodians to RIAs.
Capeci will be part of a team that includes Robert Mulligan, head of strategic relationships, reporting to Vince Leon, Mirae’s retail sales and distribution chief. Most recently, he served as senior account manager at Prudential Investments and has also worked with Fred Alger Management, AllianceBernstein and Merrill Lynch.
