Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System (PennSERS) has appointed Anthony Clark as CIO, Pensions & Investments reports. Clark will succeed John Winchester, who stepped down from his role on Jan. 3, 2011.
The $24 billion system’s deputy CIO, Tom Brier, is serving as its acting CIO. At present, Clark is deputy CIO for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and will be leaving in March.
