Treasury To Sell Boston Private Warrants

The U.S. Department of Treasury will sell about 2.9 million warrants to purchase Boston Private Financial Holdings common stock on Feb. 1, 2011.

The U.S. Department of Treasury will sell about 2.9 million warrants to purchase Boston Private Financial Holdings common stock on Feb. 1, 2011, The Wall Street Journal reports. The investors will be allowed to submit bids above a minimum price of $1.4 for each warrant.

Deutsche Bank Securities is the sole bookrunner of the sale. The Treasury had received the warrants as part of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP).
