Lincoln Financial Distributors has expanded its defined contribution / 401(k) intermediary team with the appointment of regional sales directors. The wholly owned subsidiary of Lincoln Financial Group has hired Douglas Harding and Troy Jackson as regional sales directors.

The duo will report to the divisional sales manager for the team, Jim McCrory. Jackson is joining the distribution firm from The Standard, where he was pension consultant, while Harding is coming from Guardian, where he was regional sales representative.
