San Francisco Seeks Deputy Director

San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System is seeking a new deputy division director.

San Francisco Employees’ Retirement System is seeking a new deputy division director, Pensions & Investments reports. The selected director will oversee the $14.9 billion defined benefit plan’s private market investments and will replace Donald Holcher, who retired in December 2010.

The selected candidate will work with deputy director for investments and CEO, David Kushner, to manage day-to-day operations of the alternative investment, primarily private equity, and real estate segments of the system. Interested candidates are required to submit their proposals by Feb. 18, 2011.
